Molly's Route¶

This walkthrough covers story progression and outcomes. Intimate events are summarized without graphic detail.
Molly becomes part of Ethan's life through Lily's storyline. Her contribution starts long before the individual bedroom encounter: she joins the pajama party, helps rebuild the treehouse, identifies Rupert's cheese, solves the grocery-store keypad, and gradually becomes more direct about her own feelings.
How Molly's story is numbered
Molly shares Lily's chapter counter and Guide. Follow Lily's intervening objectives to reach each milestone below. 30-0 is Molly's first individual relationship encounter; her repeatable "Something more..." menu becomes available once Lily's story reaches Chapter 32.
Before visiting Molly¶
Molly lives across the hallway from Cass in Ashton's House, the Purple House next door to My House. Her job is at the Library, but the story's visits to Molly's Room mean her bedroom at home, not the library's back area.
Use the phone's Guide to check the current shared objective. Ordinary conversations about the library or her reading do not replace a pending Lily chapter. When a step calls for a later day, sleep and try the destination again in the stated clock period.
Chapter 6 — Meeting the neighbors¶
Lily 6-0 — The hallway introduction¶
After the early fort, wrestling, and mall chapters, visit the upstairs hallway at My House on a later morning. Cass and Molly arrive for Lily's girls' night. Ethan meets both of them before they disappear into Lily's room.
This is Molly's first direct introduction in the shared route. You do not have to wait until Chapter 18 or 30 to meet her.
Lily 6-1 — The pajama-party conversation¶
Return to the upstairs hallway at Night or Late Night. The friends talk about Ethan, and Molly's shy interest becomes apparent alongside Cass's more outspoken remarks. The scene also establishes how often Lily has been talking about him.
Continue through Lily's Chapters 7–9 afterward. Those furniture-moving, shoulder, and wrestling events advance the same counter toward the first group visit to the treehouse.
Chapter 10 — The restored treehouse¶
Lily 10-0 — Receive Lily's invitation¶
On a later day, enter the Living Room in the Morning or Afternoon. Lily explains that she, Cass, and Molly have repaired the treehouse and invites Ethan to see it. The invitation is a separate stage from arriving at the hideout.
Lily 10-1 — Spend time with all three friends¶
Go to the Treehouse before Night. Molly is already with Cass and Lily. Complete the introductions, group conversation, and game. The event develops the entire friend-group dynamic and ends with the characters reflecting on Ethan and Lily's growing closeness.
Follow Lily's three-part DVD chapter and the next room-triggered event before expecting the following conversation.
Chapter 13 — Talking things over¶
Lily 13-0 — A conversation between the friends¶
On a later day, enter Your Room in the Morning or Afternoon. The story cuts away to Cass, Molly, and Lily. Molly's reaction to the earlier treehouse event, and to what Lily tells them, shows her interest developing beyond the first meeting.
This is an automatic cutaway. You do not need to locate Molly or interrupt her library shift to play it. Continue Lily's 13-1 kitchen conversation, pool chapter, and sleepover afterward.
Chapter 18 — Helping Rupert¶
Lily 18-0 — Hear about the missing rat¶
On a later day, enter My House's upstairs hallway in the Morning or Afternoon. Lily asks Ethan to help find Rupert. This begins the chain that brings Ethan to Molly's home.
Lily 18-1 — Follow the basement clue¶
Go to the Basement. Ethan hears movement, and the search narrows to a hiding place there. Do not leave for the Purple House yet: the next object interaction establishes why Molly's help is needed.
Lily 18-2 — Inspect Rupert's hiding place¶
Click Rupert's hole in the Basement. Lily joins Ethan, but Rupert will not come out. The plan becomes finding the special cheese he prefers, which sends them to Molly for advice.
Lily 18-3 — Visit Molly's room¶
Enter Molly's Room in the Purple House. She has just returned from work at the library. Listen to Lily explain the rescue and to Molly's questions about the cheese. The conversation leads to involving Cass, whose grocery-store job may help.
This is the first extended home visit with Molly, rather than her first meeting with Ethan. Finish her conversation before moving across the hallway.
Lily 18-4 — Bring Cass into the plan¶
Enter Cass's Room. Molly and Lily are part of the conversation while Cass explains the proposed store expedition. The group divides up preparations and agrees to meet in the treehouse the following night.
Lily 18-5 — Attend the briefing¶
On a later day, go to the Treehouse for the nighttime meeting. Molly brings equipment from her yoga activities, while the group works through the plan for retrieving Rupert's food. Finish the briefing: it sets the clock to Late Night for the next destination.
Chapter 19 — The grocery expedition¶
Lily 19-0 — Assemble outside and solve the keypad¶
Visit the Grocery Store exterior at Late Night. Join Molly, Cass, and Lily for the approach. Molly notices the worn keys after Cass cannot provide the expected access. Her observation supplies the clue for the keypad puzzle, which takes place outside before you can enter the building.
The grocery "hack"¶
The smudged keys are 1, 3, 5, 7, and 8. Enter them in the correct order to continue through the infiltration.
Keypad solution
Press 7 → 5 → 1 → 8 → 3: 75183. Correct presses advance the sequence one digit at a time. A wrong press buzzes and returns you to the first digit; enter the full sequence again.
Molly's deduction is part of the heist stage, not a separate skill you need to purchase or train.
Lily 19-1 — Retrieve the cheese¶
Enter the Grocery Store at Night or Late Night. Follow the group through the laser-grid sequence, where Molly uses a compact mirror to help her navigate the beams. Recover the cheese and finish the return home. The visit inside and the keypad outside are separate story stages.
Lily 19-2 — The next-day reminder¶
Be in Your Room before Night on the next day. Ethan remembers to check on Rupert. Continue to the basement for 20-0, then Lily's room for 20-1. These two follow-ups resolve the rescue before the friends discuss what it has changed.
Chapter 21 — Advice in Molly's room¶
Lily 21-0 — Lily heads next door¶
On a later day, enter the upstairs hallway at My House. Lily says she is going to talk with Molly and Cass. The short hallway exchange sets up the next perspective change.
Lily 21-1 — Let the friends' discussion continue¶
Continue playing normally. The game shows Lily arriving in Molly's room, where Cass is already visiting. Their conversation explores Lily's feelings and the advice her friends offer.
This part plays automatically. Ethan does not need to walk next door, and repeated library conversations will not trigger it. Follow Lily's two-stage storm chapter next: 22-0 in Your Room, then 22-2 in Lily's Room.
Chapter 23 — News after the sleepover¶
Lily 23-0 — A poolside discussion¶
On a later day, enter Your Room. The scene shifts to the friends at the pool. Molly listens to Lily's account of the sleepover while Cass pushes the conversation further. Finish the cutaway to unlock the next evening visit to Lily.
Chapter 24 — The video call¶
Lily 24-0 — Visit Lily in the evening¶
On a later day, enter Lily's Room from Evening onward. Molly and Cass appear through Lily's video call. The chapter continues into Ethan and Lily's private encounter, with the friends' involvement becoming important to the aftermath.
The call and its later consequences belong to the same stage. There is no additional Molly-room trigger between them.
Chapter 25 — What the friends already know¶
Lily 25-0 — Continue the next day¶
On a later day, continue playing before Night. Lily visits her friends with news, while Molly struggles with concealing what she and Cass already know. This is another automatic conversation from the friends' perspective.
The shared numbering then jumps to Chapter 27. There is no separate Chapter 26 quest to search for.
Chapter 27 — From advice to a proposal¶
Lily 27-0 — Complete Lily's invitation¶
Enter Your Room from Evening onward for Lily's next visit. This individual Lily event is required progression before the friends' next conversation; trying to visit Molly early does not skip it.
Lily 27-1 — The friends make their request¶
On a later day, continue playing before Night. Lily reports back to Cass and Molly. The conversation moves toward a proposal involving Ethan, with Lily setting a condition before the others act on it.
Chapter 28 — The invitation reaches Ethan¶
Lily 28-0 — Return to your room¶
Enter Your Room. Cass and Molly arrive, and Lily takes part in explaining the plan tied to the earlier rescue favor. Finish the discussion before visiting either neighbor's bedroom.
This chapter introduces the arrangement. The individual Cass and Molly encounters are the next two separate chapters.
Chapter 29 — Cass goes first¶
Lily 29-0 — Finish Cass's visit¶
Go to Cass's Room in the Purple House. Molly appears in the transition, but the required event here is Cass's individual encounter. Complete the scene and conversation; the shared Guide then directs Ethan across the hallway.

Chapter 30 — Molly's individual encounter¶
Lily 30-0 — Enter Molly's room¶
Visit Molly's Room after Cass's chapter. Molly is both excited and nervous, and Ethan spends time reassuring her as their relationship becomes more direct. Work through the entire encounter and the conversation afterward.
Her reminder about getting Ethan home marks the end of the visit. This is a major Molly story milestone, but it does not start an independent numbered Molly campaign. Continue the shared Lily route for the aftermath and later treehouse plan.
Chapter 31 — Resolve the favor¶
Lily 31-0 — Explain the setup to Lily¶
On a later day, continue playing before Night. Ethan tells Lily that Cass exaggerated parts of the heist. The conversation resolves that thread and advances Lily's story counter to 32.
This transition matters for ordinary visits: Molly's "Something more..." option checks that Chapter 32 has been reached. If it is grey immediately after her Chapter 30 encounter, finish this follow-up first.
Chapter 32 — Molly takes the initiative¶
Lily 32-0 — A plan after swimming¶
Continue playing before Night. Cass and Molly talk after a swim, and Molly suggests using her old Halloween costume for another encounter. The scene shows her becoming more willing to propose something herself.
The costume is supplied by the story. There is no shopping objective or medical-training requirement to complete here.
Chapter 33 — The treehouse invitation¶
Lily 33-0 — Find Cass and Lily in the hallway¶
Enter My House's upstairs hallway before Night. They explain that Molly needs help with a supposed medical activity and ask Ethan to join her. Finish the invitation, then go to the treehouse.
Chapter 34 — Molly's appointment¶
Lily 34-0 — Meet her at Fort Awesome¶
Visit the Treehouse from Morning through Night. Molly is waiting in a doctor's costume. The staged checkup develops into a group encounter, followed by the friends getting Ethan back to bed.
This is roleplay within the shared story, not an actual hospital job or an additional qualification for Molly. The entire appointment is one story stage.
After the shared chapters¶
Molly's ordinary conversation menu includes the library and what she is reading, reinforcing her interest in books, astrology, and star charts. Once Lily's story has reached 32, "Something more..." opens her repeatable relationship options. You can return for these optional encounters after the numbered chapters.
The later Lily 35-0 and 35-1 message and basement event continue Lily's individual story. Follow Lily's guide for those steps; Chapter 35 is not available in the free build.
Fiona's research step — Fiona 3-0¶
Molly also helps during Fiona's side story. Once Fiona's Guide calls for researching leprechauns, enter Molly's Room before Night. Her folklore knowledge gives Ethan the information needed for the next confrontation in the park.
This uses Fiona's progress, rather than requiring Molly's Chapter 30 encounter or a new Molly chapter counter. Follow Fiona's Guide for the preceding runestone hunt.
Optional family content¶
If your game includes the expanded family system, Molly has relationship-dependent reactions, pregnancy conversations, and hospital follow-ups. These respond to your relationship and family progress. Use the pregnancy guide for those milestones.
If Molly's story seems stuck¶
- You have only just met her: follow Lily's Guide. The hallway introduction, home visit, first individual encounter, and repeatable unlock are separate milestones.
- Her room does nothing: check the shared story stage. The automatic friends' conversations do not require visiting Molly's room.
- The library has no new objective: the Rupert, Chapter 30, and Fiona research visits all trigger in Molly's bedroom.
- The relationship menu is grey after Chapter 30: finish Lily's next-day Chapter 31 conversation to reach 32.
- The grocery approach does not start: arrive outside at Late Night, then continue inside after the approach scene.
