My House¶

My House is Ethan's base camp — the house he shares with his landlady Janice and roommates Tara and Lily. The game marks this location "Home" on the town map. It's a lived-in family house full of small history: a big yellow couch that survived a move, a treasured (hideous) heirloom lamp, and beach-vacation photos on the walls.

Common areas¶

Kitchen¶

The heart of the home, where Janice cooks for everyone. The fridge is "mostly just healthy food," and Ethan can eventually try making dinner himself. You'll check the in-game phone here a lot.

Living Room¶

Dominated by a big, comfy yellow couch the family has had for years — "it holds a lot of memories." Janice keeps a Yellow Furze plant the household once chipped in to buy her for a birthday, refreshing the flowers every year. There's a TV worth checking for "anything good on," a one-legged ottoman, and a potted plant Ethan swears he trips over on the way to the basement.

Backyard & Pool¶

Out back is the pool — the scene of more than one chaotic early moment on Tara's route. Lounging and cleaning here recur across several storylines.

Basement¶

Bedrooms¶

Ethan's Room¶

Ethan's personal space and a hub for daily activities. From here he can:

Play videogames on his pride-and-joy gaming PC (forever in need of more RGB fans),
Find a freelance job online to earn money — better gigs unlock as his Intelligence rises,
or do nothing and rest.

It also holds a slightly rusty guitar, a childhood basketball (he and Tara used to play — she "mercilessly towered over" him), and a beloved, ugly orange heirloom lamp.

Janice's Room¶

Immaculate and rose-scented, exactly as you'd expect. Inside: a soft goose-feather bed, a wardrobe of dresses, a jewelry box of pearls and gold, framed family photos — and a briefcase with a 3-digit lock whose contents are a mystery.

Tara's Room¶

A notorious disaster of clutter, locked boxes, and a padlocked dresser. Music posters cover the walls (possibly hiding the dents Tara's put in them), and a shelf of soccer trophies hints at a near-pro athletic past — she set a few state records. A childhood ball and a small cactus sit among the mess.

Lily's Room¶

Pink, cozy, and scented with flowers-and-vanilla body mist. A pink "lion's-mane" chair, an orange bean-bag "marshmallow," a nearly-full piggy bank, a blue rugby jersey (Tara got her into sports), band posters, and a cherished photo of her and Ethan the day they finished their treehouse.
