Multiples and rare babies¶

The Upgrade Wheel can award twins, triplets or additional rare-baby chance during an existing pregnancy.

The wheel displays the chance of each outcome, and the tracker shows the pregnancy's current status.

Pregnancy stages¶

Pregnancy progresses through stages, with visible changes for all seven eligible partners, including Fiona and Nina.

The Fertility tracker shows each pregnancy's progress and due date. Check it as the days pass to plan for delivery.

Hospital delivery and daycare¶

For hospital births, attend the delivery before sleeping. Name the newborns and manage their records through the Hospital Daycare; babies can also live in their mother's room.

If a delivery has not started, check the mother's due date and complete the relevant conversation or visit. Nina's delivery starts by speaking to her at the hospital; Fiona has her own family encounters.

The phone's Breeder page tracks births and permanent perks.
